Yes. Each boat is set up with its seats and schedules, and each athlete books the boat they paddle.

Can I set who steers each practice?

Yes. The coach assigns it when building the boat lineup.

What if someone cancels the same day?

Their spot goes to the waiting list. Whoever accepts is in the boat and the admin does not message people one by one.
